2 - Account Verification

What you'll need

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• A valid US phone number
• A valid US (California Only) address
• Your SSN (Social Security Number)
• Basic personal details such as Full Name and Date of Birth

Step 1: Start Verification

On your dashboard you will see the onboarding steps. Select 'Verify your identity' to begin the process.

Step 2: Agree to Terms

Now that you have started the verification process, please read the brief introduction and accept the Bridge terms if you agree to proceed.

Step 3: Verify Phone Number

Next you will need to enter your US phone number and then you will receive a 6 digit verification code. Please enter the verification code to proceed. When completed click 'Verify code'.

Step 4: Verify Address

Next you will need to verify your Californian address. Start typing your address and select the correct one from the drop down list. When completed click 'Continue'.

Step 5: Verify Personal Details

Next you will need to verify your personal details such as your Social Security Number, Full Name and your Date of Birth. Please enter these details and select 'Next' to proceed.

Step 6: Confirm & Submit Details

Look over your details to make sure they are correct before proceeding with submission.

Step 7: Account Review

At this stage our team has received your details and will work quickly to review and approve your account.

Success - Next Steps

Now that your Elbaite account is verified you'll need to:

• Add a crypto wallet address to your address book to receive your crypto
• Fund your account with USD
• Make your first trade
